Disney #13 - Baseball Goofy

In honor of the start of baseball season, here is my drawing of Goofy from the cartoon "How to Play Baseball"

Disney #12 - Perry the Platypus

A former co-worker mentioned to me how much her son likes Phineas and Ferb. Since I've already posted a Phineas and Ferb drawing I thought I would draw Perry the Platypus instead.

You can see the Perry the Platypus theme song video at:

Disney #11 - Tinkerbell

A former co-worker mentioned to me how much her daughter likes Tinkerbell. This drawing is based the way Tinkerball looked in the movie Peter Pan (1953) rather than the recent Tinkerbell DVDs.

You can see a montage of Tinkerbell clips from Peter Pan at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iElqjGNFnwE

Disney #10 - Skating Mickey

This drawing is from the cover of Mickey Mouse Magazine #4 from 1935. Like my earlier "Surprised Mickey" post, I've included the initial pencil drawing, inked drawing, and the final photoshopped version so you can see my drawing in process.

Disney #9 - Dopey

This drawing is from a storyboard for the Heigh-Ho song in Snow White. You can see the Heigh-Ho song at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aURThUaRjCc&feature=related and the actual image is at the 1:07 mark in the video.

Disney #8 - Surprised Mickey

I've included the pencil draft, inked, and final photoshopped images so you can see how the "Surprised Mickey" drawing progressed.

I'm not sure what this image originally came is from, other than it was in the corner of my animated Disney desk calendar for the week of February 6-12. Regardless, I think it's a pretty funny Mickey picture.

Disney #7 - Clara Cluck

This is a drawing of a minor Disney character known as Clara Cluck from the storyboard for the cartoon "Mickey's Amateurs" (1937)
